Unit 1 – Left-hand side of the house (80 m²)

A bright and well-designed accommodation spread over one and a half floors, with its own entrance and space for up to 4 guests.

The left-hand side of the house is 80 m² and features two rooms and a kitchen, with a separate entrance and sleeping arrangements for 2+2 guests. There are two single beds in the upstairs bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area downstairs. The open-plan layout combines the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee maker. Please note that this unit does not have a dishwasher or an oven.

The accommodation features a spacious living room with a high ceiling and a wood-burning stove. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. Outside, you will find a furnished patio with a barbecue.

This fresh and unique house is arranged over one and a half floors and features wooden panelling sourced from Gotland. All rooms have underfloor heating. A narrow staircase leads to the upper floor.

Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking and may not be occupied by more guests than the stated sleeping capacity. If you would like to charge your electric car during your stay, please contact the host. The accommodation is available for rent all year round.

During the high season, the changeover day is Saturday. At other times of the year, shorter stays with daily rentals are also available.

Larger groups have the option of booking both units and enjoying the entire Bondestugan exclusively.

The house was newly built in 2026 to a high standard, with carefully selected materials, many of which are locally sourced from Gotland. The building consists of two separate accommodation units with a passageway between them. Each unit has its own entrance, patio and facilities for a comfortable stay. This makes the house an ideal choice for several generations travelling together. For example, a family with children can stay in one unit while the grandparents stay in the other – allowing everyone to spend time together while still having the option of retreating to their own private space.
