The open-plan layout combines the kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The tastefully furnished living room has a wood-burning stove (firewood is not included), a TV, radio and Wi-Fi. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and a small washing machine.

Outside, there is a furnished terrace with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The holiday home is located just 75 metres from the sea. There are several scenic places to visit and swimming spots nearby, with the closest just 600 metres away. The neighbouring property is another holiday home, SGR1800.

Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking and may not be occupied by more guests than the stated sleeping capacity. If you would like to charge your electric car during your stay, please contact the host. A charging point is available at the host’s machinery building, approximately 500 metres from the house, at cost price. The holiday home is available to rent all year round.
