Newly built Bondestugan holiday home offering 90 m² of living space, four rooms and a kitchen, with sleeping accommodation for 6 guests. The house is situated in a peaceful, secluded location close to nature, just around 3 kilometres from the sea. It was newly built in 2026.

Lärbro is a wonderful place to stay and an excellent base for exploring the northern part of Gotland. With beaches on both the east and west coasts within easy reach, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets by the sea. The area is home to many scenic places worth visiting, including Barläst, Asunden, Furillen, Lergrav, Hide Beach and Ire Beach. The island of Fårö is also within easy reach.

Accommodation and facilities

The 90 m² holiday home is arranged over one floor and features four rooms and a kitchen, with sleeping accommodation for 6 guests. Each bedroom has two single beds.

The open-plan layout combines the kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee maker.

The spacious living room has a TV and a wood-burning stove, with firewood included. The house has one large bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate smaller toilet.

Outside, there is a large furnished patio with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The modern, single-storey house is decorated in light colours.

Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking and may not be occupied by more guests than the stated sleeping capacity. An electric vehicle charging point is available at the house for an additional fee. Please contact the host for further information. The accommodation is available for rent all year round.

Visby: 39 km
Lärbro village centre: 2 km, with a shop, two restaurants, a garden centre, a museum and good bus connections between Visby and Fårösund
Coast: 3 km
Swimming area: 4 km

During the high season, the changeover day is Saturday. At other times of the year, shorter stays with daily rentals are also available.
