Open plan with combined kitchen/living room, kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker (Please note that there is no dishwasher and oven in this part of the house).
 
Cottage area with spacious living room, high ceilings with wood burning stove. Bathroom on the lower floor with shower, WC and washing machine. Furnished patio with barbecue.
 
A fresh unique 1.5 storey house, decorated with wood paneling from Gotland, underfloor heating in all rooms. Narrow staircase up to the upper floor.
 
Pets are not allowed. The cottage is non-smoking and not intended for more people than the stated number of beds. If you have an electric car that you want to charge during your stay, contact the host. The cottage is rented out all year round.
 
Distance and changeover day:
Visby 50 km, shop and petrol station 4 km, restaurant 600 m (summer), Sysne fish shop 2.5 km (summer), café schoolhouse 3 km (open all year round), coast/sandy beach 700 m.
 
Changeover day during high season: Saturday other times also day rental.
