My name is Rune Pettersson and I built both the farmers cottages in Ardre together with my sons John and Elias. We live on the 18th-century farm across the street from the cottage. You recognise our house by the window cases which are the same as on the Farmers Cottage. We built the Farmers Cottage at Bringsarve during the years 2005-2006 and a new farmer cottage which was completed in the summer 2013.

The neighbouring house to our Farmers Cottage (the grey stone house) used to belong to the famous gotlandic artist David Ahlqvist.

Me and my sons run a farm with cows and sheeps.
