Bondestugorna in Ihre

We are Pär-Rune and Eva Nypelius, and we built the Bondestugan cottages in Ire, Hangvar. Together with our youngest son, Andreas, we run the agricultural business Nyplings Gård KB. The farm is located in Lokrume along Road 148. We grow crops and have recently invested in an irrigation reservoir to further develop our business through vegetable cultivation and more sustainable, circular farming practices. We are also co-owners of the company Lokrume Trösk, which focuses on crop production and harvesting services.

The opportunity to expand our business into holiday cottage rentals arose when we gained access to land that once belonged to the family home of Pär-Rune’s mother’s parents. Ireviken is a very special place for our family. The tranquillity, proximity to nature and the sea, and the spectacular sunsets are all things that simply have to be experienced! Pär-Rune works full-time in agriculture. We are both actively involved in associations, and Eva also serves on various boards and is involved in politics.

We hope you enjoy your stay in our cottages and the beautiful surroundings of Ire, which are perfect for swimming and walks along the coast, as well as exploring the nearby scenic areas. The coastline also offers opportunities for sea fishing.
